In an interview on the Kings League YouTube channel, the 18-year-old was asked if a seven-a-side team was similar to Madrid. His blunt response: “Yes, they rob [referencing refereeing decisions]; they complain; they do things…”
According to Spanish newspaper Marca, these provocative comments have seriously annoyed the Real Madrid dressing room, where players are reportedly “fed up” with Yamal.
The remarks add extra tension to the already high-stakes clash at the Bernabéu, where Barcelona will look to close the two-point gap on LaLiga leaders Madrid.
