Diego Simeone, Atletico Madrid’s head coach, has shared his admiration for Victor Osimhen after their UEFA Champions League clash, according to DAILY POST.
While the Nigerian forward didn’t find the net during Wednesday’s 1-1 draw, his performance left a lasting impression on the Atleti boss.
Simeone noted the striker’s physical presence and tactical value to his squad.“Osimhen is very strong; he has always been like that in the air physically.
He is very fast and very important for his team, so he is a very good footballer,” Simeone told Esto Es Atleti.
