Everton manager David Moyes has hailed his side’s 3-0 victory over Chelsea as their most complete display of the season.
A clinical brace from Beto and a strike from Iliman Ndiaye at the Hill Dickinson secured a win that propelled the Toffees to eighth in the Premier League table.
Speaking after the match, Moyes noted that his players successfully neutralized Chelsea’s offense. “I thought it was our best performance from the first minute really, right on,” Moyes told reporters.
He acknowledged that while Chelsea arrived looking to bounce back from poor form, Everton’s tactical discipline was the difference: “I thought we did a really good job… we were able to nullify it at different times.”
