Former England international Michael Owen believes Arsenal have effectively secured the Premier League trophy following a pivotal weekend of results.
With the Gunners holding a nine-point cushion over Manchester City after a 2-0 victory against Everton, and City dropping points in a 1-1 draw with West Ham, Owen suggests the gap is now insurmountable.
Speaking to Premier League Productions, Owen argued that even if City wins their game in hand and defeats Arsenal at the Etihad, they lack the consistency to win every remaining fixture.
“Will Man City win all their games? The answer is no. They are not good enough,” Owen stated, adding that he does not see the current Arsenal side losing to their rivals.
