Leeds United’s latest addition, Leonard Ngenge, will be given ample time to settle in at Elland Road, according to head coach Daniel Farke.
The 19-year-old defender completed his move from NPFL champions Remo Stars this week, committing to the club through the 2026/27 season.
While Ngenge is slated to begin his tenure with the U-21 squad, Farke views him as a long-term prospect for the senior team.
Emphasizing a cautious approach, Farke noted: “He [Ngenge] will be with our youth, we will give him time to adapt, and it is not the plan to rush anything with him.”
