Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has cautioned his players about the difficulty of playing at the Santiago Bernabéu ahead of their UEFA Champions League clash with Real Madrid on Wednesday.
Speaking after City’s 3-0 Premier League win against Sunderland, the Spanish manager emphasized that the Bernabéu is “not an easy place” for visitors.
The Cityzens travel to Madrid to face a Real side coming off a 2-0 LaLiga defeat to Celta Vigo. Guardiola noted, “We have more players than the last time we were at the Bernabéu… we will see what happens.
We will see.”
